Simplufy · Effective 25 September 2026
Terms of use
These terms
These terms govern use of quant+, operated by Simplufy. They take effect on 25 September 2026. If you use quant+ after that date, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use quant+.
What quant+ is
quant+ is a sports-market analytics tool. It is not a sportsbook, an exchange, or a prediction market. quant+ never places, routes, or settles a bet. It records bets you tell it you placed elsewhere. quant+ does not guarantee a result, a closing line, or a profit. Prices, fair values and links are informational. A price can be late, suspended, or wrong. Past results, backtests, and closing-line value do not predict the next result. Model outputs are probabilities, not promises. quant+ does not hold, transmit, or custody funds.
Who may use it
You must be able to form a contract. Opening an account is not a wager. If you act on a displayed price at a sportsbook or prediction market, that act is yours, and you are responsible for that venue's age, location, and account rules.
The bet journal
The journal stores bets you enter or import. It is a record, not a wager, and nothing in it is sent to a venue. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter; analytics such as ROI and closing-line value are only as accurate as those records.
Workspaces
A workspace belongs to the organization that created it. Owners and admins control who can see and change its data. You are responsible for the people you invite and the roles you give them.
Acceptable use
Do not use quant+ to scrape a sportsbook, rotate addresses, mask a device, spoof a location, disperse stakes across accounts, or automate a bet. Do not use it to breach a venue's terms. Do not attempt to read another organization's data. Do not present a model or a backtest as a guaranteed profit.
Availability
quant+ is provided as available. Feeds, models, and screens can fail or lag. Features may change or be withdrawn.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, quant+ is not liable for losses from a bet, a price, a model, or an outage. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
